Pricing and packages.
Every Jex Health contract is an annual agreement with a minimum commitment and one monthly invoice. Two ways to structure it, quoted in writing after a scoping conversation.
Access or Inclusive.
Access keeps commitment low with per-use appointments. Inclusive prepays clinical credits for more predictable spend.
| What is included | Access | Inclusive |
|---|---|---|
| Positioning | Lower commitment, premium access | Higher predictability, with prepaid care |
| Clinical triage | Defined pooled allowance | Larger allowance, drawn from clinical credits |
| Video GP | Agreed per-use tariff | Included in clinical credits, excess charged |
| Face-to-face GP | Agreed per-use tariff | Included in clinical credits, excess charged |
| Named clinical lead | Yes, with defined availability | Yes, with enhanced continuity options |
| Employer reporting | Aggregate usage and service reporting | Aggregate usage and service reporting |
| Onsite GP | Optional, per reserved session | Optional, per reserved session |
| Health screening | Optional, per person | Optional, per person |
| Billing | Annual minimum plus monthly excess | Annual minimum plus monthly excess |
How credits, sessions and implementation are charged.
Pooled clinical credits
One allowance for the whole organisation. Each clinical action draws down at the contracted tariff. Once the pool is used, further activity is itemised monthly.
Onsite sessions
Billed per reserved half-day or full-day session, on the same contract and invoice. Appointments in an onsite session do not draw from the credit pool. How onsite GP works.
Implementation
Standard self-service onboarding is included. A supported rollout, bespoke single sign-on or provisioning is scoped and priced separately.
Health screening
Priced per person for the panel agreed, in clinic or as an onsite screening day. What a screen includes.
Reviews
Allowances, session frequency and package structure are reviewed at each anniversary against actual usage. Nothing changes mid-term without agreement.
Healthcare partners
Organisations buying clinical capacity rather than an employee benefit are priced per completed episode. For healthcare partners.
Questions about pricing.
Do you publish prices?
No. Packages are shaped around headcount, sites and the services you fund, then quoted in writing. Publishing a single tariff would mean either overcharging small employers or under-serving large ones.
What is the minimum commitment?
An annual agreement with a minimum annual value. Anything above the allowance is itemised on the monthly invoice at the contracted tariff.
Can we start small?
Yes. Access with a modest triage allowance and per-use appointments is designed as a first year. Many employers add onsite sessions or move to Inclusive at the first review.
Do employees pay anything?
You decide which services and allowances you fund. Where an employee pays for something outside the funded scope, the price is shown before they book.
