Private GP services for your employees.
A company GP benefit your people will actually use: prompt appointments, familiar doctors, at work, by video or at a nearby Mayfield clinic.

What your people get.
A secure way to ask for help, a clinician deciding what happens next, and the right setting for the problem.

Structured intake, then clinical review
Employees describe the problem in a secure form. A clinician reviews it and decides the next step. Digital intake is free to use; the clinical review is the chargeable triage step.
Video first, in person when it matters
Many concerns can be managed on a video appointment. Some need an examination, and those are booked face to face at a Mayfield clinic or into an onsite session.
Continuity and follow-up
A named clinical lead for your organisation and the same GP for follow-up where available. Prescriptions, bloods and referrals coordinated by one team.
Eligibility stays separate from records
Your eligibility list decides who can use Jex. Clinical identity is verified separately, and records stay with the patient after they leave.
Enterprise login as an option
Single sign-on and provisioning can be scoped at implementation. It establishes eligibility only. It never gives an employer access to medical records.
Reporting you can act on
Contract utilisation and service performance in aggregate, for HR and finance. Never an individual's clinical information.
What employees value, and what employers are buying.
The same service, seen from both sides of the contract.
Employees value
Convenient GP appointments, booked without a morning on the phone.
A familiar, trusted GP who remembers them.
Seeing a doctor without leaving work, or from wherever they are.
Follow-up that carries on rather than starting again.
Employers value
Less of the working day lost to arranging healthcare.
A tangible benefit people notice, talk about and use.
Easier access to primary care for staff, wherever they are based.
Something that supports recruitment and retention, with aggregate usage reporting to show it is working.
Employer-funded, with the scope you choose.
Every contract is an annual agreement with a minimum commitment and one monthly invoice. You decide which services and allowances you fund; anything outside that scope is priced to the employee before they book. Two structures: Access, with a pooled triage allowance and per-use appointments, or Inclusive, with prepaid clinical credits for more predictable spend.
Access
Lower commitment, premium access
A pooled triage allowance, video and face-to-face GP at an agreed per-use tariff, and a named clinical lead with defined availability.
Inclusive
Higher predictability, with prepaid care
A larger allowance and pooled clinical credits that cover video and face-to-face GP, with any excess itemised monthly. Enhanced continuity options.
Bring a GP into the workplace.
Regular sessions with a familiar clinician make the benefit visible. Onsite is added to a Jex Health for Business subscription so workplace and remote care share one pathway.
Questions employers ask.
Do employees need to pay?
You choose which services and usage allowances you fund. The terms are clear to the employee before they book anything.
Can employees see the same GP?
We support continuity and follow-up with familiar clinicians, subject to availability. Your organisation also has a named clinical lead.
Can you provide a GP at our office?
Yes. Onsite sessions can be added to a Jex Health for Business subscription, subject to local availability and the suitability of your premises.
Are appointments available nationwide?
Video access is available anywhere in the UK. Face-to-face appointments depend on the nearest Mayfield clinic, listed on the locations page, and are confirmed during scoping.
Can we use our corporate single sign-on?
Enterprise login and provisioning can be scoped as part of implementation. It establishes eligibility only and never grants access to medical records.
What does the employer see?
Contract utilisation and service performance in aggregated form. Confidential patient records are never shared with the employer.
Can we offer a GP service across several UK offices?
Yes. One subscription covers every eligible employee wherever they are. Video access is nationwide; face-to-face appointments use the Mayfield clinic nearest each office; onsite sessions are added site by site where the headcount justifies them.
Can employees use the service without becoming Mayfield members?
Yes. Access comes from your contract, not from an individual membership. Employees are set up through your eligibility list, verified separately, and never asked to pay for anything you have funded.
How does a private GP benefit differ from occupational health?
Occupational health assesses fitness for work and reports to the employer. A private GP benefit looks after the person's health and reports to nobody but them. Jex is the second of these. It works alongside an occupational health provider and does not replace one.
